Parking
The council car parks below are the ones nearest the Market Place, with the council's own walking times to the town centre. Charges apply every day, including bank holidays, and from 7pm to 7am there is a flat £3.80 for the evening (October 2026). Rose and Bittoms cap at £16 if you stay more than six hours. Blue Badge holders park free in the marked bays; at Rose, Bittoms and Cattle Market you show the badge at the pay station rather than leaving it in the car. The council's page said both lifts at Bittoms were out of order when we checked. Kingston is inside the ULEZ, which covers every London borough.
