Bird Street and Lombard Street are the nearest to Market Square, with the District Council House car park and the Friary multi-storey a little further out. Blue Badge holders park free in disabled bays, and in any other bay when those are full. The Friary multi-storey is ticketless: cameras read your number plate and you pay at a terminal before driving out.
